government energy credits not applied

HI All
Just a question regarding government energy credits . I live in my house but also have another house being done up and all along the government energy credits have been applied on both houses , however i just noticed on the house that im doing up that for the last 3 electric ireland bills the €450 energy credits have not been applied and haven't shown on the bill. I'm wondering is there anybody else that has found this to be the case or is it a complete one off. will they reapply these credits that haven't already been applied . your answers would be so appreciated
 
Low use electricity accounts are not eligible for the credits. Perhaps check your use to see if you qualify?
 
My recollection is that the qualifying rules were changed for this winter's credit to exclude low-use premises such as holiday homes, renovations, etc.
