I presume they mean that Yuno bills don't include a meter reading so it's not possible to tell what usage they're working off for billing purposes?
Yeah this is something I've noticed as well
Although not Yono, I've recently moved back to Airtricity and have received my first bill and when you look at both bill in your online account
There are no meter readings at all on the invoices displayed just the dates and your usage but no start or end readings
And if you download the invoice you get a different type invoice which shows the meter start and end readings for gas
But I still can't see any reading for electricity just your usage and a note about electricity readings,
Which I think is unacceptable as Bord Gais was able to provide these readings on their bills
"No more meter readings, your electricity usage is recorded every 30-minutes by ESB Networks who send it to SSE Airtricity the following day. We log this on your account. You can view your daily usage by logging into your SSE Airtricity account."
With regards to the OP and their final bill if it is indeed a "final bill" I'm still waiting for my final bill from Bord Gais
The account was closed on the 27th of November and the 3 times I've rang to enquire where the bill is,
I've been told that it's with the accounts dept and their processing it and it will be with me shortly
So I've cancelled the direct debt and when the bill does finally arrive I' going to make them chase me for it, that'll teach 'em
