Hi All
Need to get new tyres .Looking for recommendations on types of tyres. What are Yokohama tyres like how do they rate against other tyres.

Yokos are pretty good I had the A510 before and they performed well.

Try Kumho Ecstas also.

What car are you driving and what size tyre are you looking for ?
Do you drive far/fast ?

Try Tyretest.com for user reviews of tyres.

Best of the bunch are Good Year Eagle F1 but I had the Eagle Venturas on a previous car and they were the best I ever had. Much cheaper than the F1s but never had the F1s

I have got Sava tyres they are made by Dunlop .195.65.r15 got a good deal .

Vredistien have won all the autocar competitions and they are highly rated and cheap, a directional ULTRAC (18/40/225) cost me Eur160 a corner, the tyres have been designed in conjunction with Giugiaro and have a nice tread design, the closest make to them is continental (whom I think own Vredistien) which for the same size come in at 260 euros a corner. You never said what type of car your drive.
