Ok just got approval from AIB re my Mortgage switch and should be drawing down on this next month. Now I want to sell the house and move to another house. I have not looked at any houses but have an idea of the areas I wish to move in Dublin. More than likely for the new house I buy I will require a new mortgage How do the banks look on these type of mortgages having just switched? The house is in my name but the new house will be under mine and Miss Gunner. Have not approached the bank with this question just want to see if anyone else has done this and what response have they got from bank?

First can the mods move this as posted this in wrong forum

Long story about switching wont go into that its as complicated as Cesc:rolleyes:

Anywho switch has been done and now with AIB so just want to see how I can approach this
