The only circumstances that you need to advise the Department of before renewal is if you have stopped working the 19 hours per week requirement , or if you have another child. Any other change of circumstances do not affect your entitlement before the renewal.
Obviously when the renewal takes place your partner's income will be taken into consideration. If your partner has any children living with them, then your family income limit will increase as well. If you are still eligible for payment then, they will make the payment to the partner who has the greater income.
