Working 3hrs a day 5 days a wk, 38 weeks a year, holiday entitlements?

Hi Everybody new to this, i am working in a preschool 3hrs a day 5 days a week, for 38 weeks in the year, how much holidyas should i be entitled to?

AFAIK it's 8% of your total wages up to the time you go on hols.Some one may correct me on this

Not sure how to work it out! is it 15 days or 20 days holidays

Part time workers are entitled to holidays of 8% of the hours worked in any leave year. So you have to take the actual weeks you work, say 35 ( i am assuming you are off at Christmas etc) multiply by 15 hours per week, thats 525. 8% of this is 42. And you work 3 hours a day, so thats 14 days holidays.
