Work from home tax relief

I work from home twice a week. Am I entitled to claim heat, electricity and phone expenses in my annual tax return? What would a typical guideline total amount be over the year? My employed will not be paying anything additional to cover these types of expenses.

You can claim 3.20 per day tax free from your employer, as far as I am aware there are no other tax reliefs for working from home.
