No, there is no recruitment agency that I am aware of although irishjobs.ie used to have a category in its adverts indicating if a job could be teleworked and this was then picked up by some of the other job websites.
Having researched in this area for over 15 years, I can tell you a bit about the reasons why. First of all the big issue is trust. If an employer can get someone to walk through the door next day and carry out the task where they can eyeball them, they will do that. Unless they know you and trust you already. So start by going through all your previous business contacts/employers - is there anyone who already knows you as a trustworthy and efficient worker who might send you work? Get on the phone to them if there is...
Secondly, it depends on what your skills are. Professionals are trusted to manage themselves. Clerical/admin staff are not. Therefore you are much more likely to be able to work from home if you have a professional level skill. This is also clear if you look at the CSO statistics about who works from home (middle aged men in management posts).
Your third option is to take up a post onsite with an employer that has a teleworking policy in place. Bear in mind most such policies will place the business objectives of the employer above your personal wishes so whatever the policy says, you will only be able to telework if you have the agreement of your manager and the HR department and probably your team/colleagues as well.
The UK telework organisation the TCA ([broken link removed]) sends around an ezine each week of job opportunities culled from recruitment website but they are mostly UK based of course.
Good luck...
