I may have 3-5 weeks work for some ex-employees that we made redundant a few months ago.
My query is.......will they lose all their SW benefits and loan protections if they work for the few weeks?
And after the few weeks, will they have the 6-8 week delay before they get the dole again?
Without having to pay cash, is there any way that they will not lose all this? If not, is there no insentive for people to get out of that dole queue?
