work accident

Tripped in work .had a fall .management notified .witness report forms filled in ......etc etc .Went to doc.+ hospital x rays for foot injury.no fractures on x ray ."soft tissue damage" per hospital .3wks later still very sore .Hospital recommended physio may help.Management wont facilitate during work hrs. "Do it on you own time"Really feel aggrieved,co workers tell me to consult a solicitor re accident cause of their attitude.Am reluctant ,just want a bit of physio to get it right again.Any advice?

Your post is very difficult to understand. Perhaps you could edit it and form your question with full proper sentences and puncutuation?

Put in a grievance about your manager attitude towards you also get a letter from your doctor saying that the injury received at work you needs physo.
