Woodstown Knocklyon

I know there are posts on this estate but I am looking for more recent info as there has been a lot of building and new housing up that way recently.

Wondering:

What is traffic like getting in and out of estate in the morning?

Are many of the properties rented?

Any antisocial behaviour I should know about?

Do you like living there?

Anything else I should know?

Don't live in Woodstown but live nearby and know people there. Traffic seems to have improved since they changed to lights at function.
It is around about 10-15 years would say most props are owner occupied - lovelly estate with no anti social behaviour that I know of.

I live quite near there and haven't experienced any serious anti social behaviour. I know there's been a bit of trouble down around the shops lately, but shopping centres always seem to attract gangs of brats.
The traffic has improved hugely in the last year since they put in traffic lights at the junction and got rid of the roundabout.
