I have used David Barnes recently and he did a great job. Did a sample of four stains before starting, as he thought the stain that I had selected from the brochure was too dark, and he was right! He left the place spotless and the floors look great. Sitting room, living room and hall for €700.
I have also just had David Barnes sand my hall, living room, dining room and large bedroom. He did a great job at a very reasonable rate and he even came back on a saturday and sunday to finish off the hall which he couldn't do originally because of my builders. I gave him a key and he had the run of the place and he was very trustworthy and did a really good job. I used him because i saw other recommendations here for him. Can't recommend him enough!
