Wooden Floor Custom Trim

Would anyone know where I could possibly get trim for a wooden floor custom made? I have a section of floor that doesn't seem to fit with the standard trims I've been seeing.

What do you mean by trim? Inlay, strip of different kind of wood that frames your flooring and to match t&g or a slip on a skirting?

I need an L-shaped strip for the top of a set of stairs to cover a gap - stairs are carpetted, and the floor at the top is wooded. Any I've looked at so far are not long enough on the vertical angle.

Any chance you could get the timber installers to make a piece of trim from the same wood as the floor. Mine did for the section around the fireplace. The trimmed it to about 2 inches wide and planed the bottom of the wood to make the trim. At least it matches the other wood.

Square piece, run on a ripsaw twice to take an angle, mold the edges. 15 min job. Any chippie can do that.
