Does anyone have an idea what electricians will charge to wire a new build one off house. Approx 2,000 sqft, bungalow with converted attic, approx 50 sockets, in the Galway area.
Based on my own build 2600 sq ft (In Kerry) which was 10k you should be looking at about 7500

No serious, an average 3 to 4 bedroom house will be around € 1200 ex VAT for the complete wiring infrastructure. But it is hard to say because it depends on the peoples need. Some one-off with 4 bedrooms are around € 2500 incl. VAT but included more than 15 sockets!!!
