Winxp question on accounts

I have a number of accounts setup on my home pc for members of family.
If I leave the pc and don't log off and come back to it it has switched itself back to the logon screen. I do not want it to do this.

I want to come back to it without logging on again.

I have always on broadband and want to leave a webcam on.
 
Go to your Control Panel, Display, Screen Saver and untick the 'On resume display welcome screen' option.
