Windows XP scrolling

I removed the ALPS Trackpad program using Ad/Remove Windows utility and now scrolling won't work on the trackpad. Can't find any download on the internet. Any way or re-installing this...anybody????

As you haven't put the brand name of you laptop in here it is very possible that the driver you are looking for is on the manufacturers website, I have a Dell Inspiron and I just have to go to Dell support to get all of the latest drivers for my laptop.....if you can find it please post the make of laptop you have and model.

I also have a Dell Inspiron 6000. Problem sorted. The OH got home this morning (was away...not out all night! lol), and he fixed it up for me. There was much huffing and puffing and gnashing of teeth! Thanks battyb.

Yes, you removed the software as you say yourself from add/remove so you will need to download/install the drivers, depending on the vendor you may have recieved a drivers cd so browse this to see if it contains these drivers, if not go to the vendors website
