My father has a Packard Bell laptop - Easynote C3223 with loads of virus problems etc. I backed up all his important files and tried to sort out the other problems with limited success. I'd now like to get rid of everything and start from scratch again by reinstalling window (good idea?). The problem is he can't find the disc and no back-ups were ever made. I do have the product key code (taped to base of laptop). What are my options.
