Hi
When I try to burn a CD I get the following message-I have tried to follow instruction to fix it but cant-can anyone help?

Secondly I am unable to erase data of a CD-when I go into the drive containing the CD and try to find erase disc it is blocked & I cannot access it-can anyone help

you can only remove data from a cd that is REWRITABLE CD.costs more than a regular one use cd.down load divx player.then drag and drop your music to the right side of the player/converter then drag over to the left and press burn.
or
download the windows media music player.
