Windows Explorer - Default folder on opening

Hi folks

I'm running Windows Vista Business ecition on my home PC. I'm wondering if it is possible to change the default opening folder for Windows Explorer?

At the moment, when I open explorer, it opens up at "C:\Users\Complainer\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu"? Can I change this to my documents folder?
 
right click on the main explorer in your start > programs menu, click properties and change the start location there.

or you could create a shortcut to that folder on your desktop.
