Window Tape - Georgian Effect

Hi;
We got a garage build recently, and got windows (odd sizes from a glazier), however they are plain, where as the house has Georgian windows.

Is there any such thing as fake Georgian Bar Tape, i.e. to make the plain windows look like georgian windows
