Window supplier without Irish or British certification.

I purchased aluclad doors and windows from a leading supplier on a supply and fit basis for a property that I had fully refurbishment.

SEAI has requested to see certification on the doors which meet NSAI standards or alternatively British standards.

The company confirmed that they dont have this certification but have certification from their home country which is in Europe.

Any advice on this would be appreciated.
