Hope I am on correct thread. My apology if not. I am the defendant in a contentious Will challange. I will be submitting Affidavit of Scripts which will give mention to the disputed Will. Will I have to include the Affidavit of attesting witness/s in this srated Affidavit as I know they will be requested at some stage of these proceedings? Thanks for any information
