Will this TV work in the South?

Hi, was looking at buying this TV [broken link removed]

have heard there can be some issues with TVs from UK / North requiring dual tuners to work in south. I'd appreciate if someone could advise if this TV does actually work without any technical changes?

Richersounds Irish web site (at the bottom) says that it supports VHF, but to still ring them. But I would not buy it expecting it to work with our HD MPEG-4 digital TV system, if and when it gets up and running.

Otherwise I could not find a 'proper' spec on any of the sites selling it. Maybe Panasonics own web site has one.
