Will overdraft affect my EBS mortgage application?

Hi Guys, Just had a quick question about my Mortgage application. I got approval in principal from EBS a few months back. I submitted my financial details, credit card, bank, savings statements last week. I have an ovedraft facility on my account and have gone between €50 and €400 overdrawn during the last 6 months. Will this be a big negative?

shoudnt present a problem so long as its within your overdraft limit.

@Molly - that's great news. I mentioned it to a friend yesterday and he was reckoning that the lending institute wouldn't look kindly on it. I will keep you posted on how it actually goes.

I got rejected for a mortgage once on the basis that I was going into my overdraft every month.

I actually spent some time in one of these mortgage lenders and based on that cannot see this having an adverse effect on your application.
