Will makes provision for trust

I am an executor of a will and one of the beneficiaries is a vulnerable adult. The will specifies that this beneficiary will inherit via a trust. Are there any pitfalls I should be aware of when acting as executor? I envisage the trust will probably buy a house for the beneficiary to live in.

As executor, you pay the money to the trust instead of the individual. It is up to the trustees to distribute the money on the individual's behalf. The solicitor should have the trust structure in place, to be activated on death.
