Will JB be backdated?>

Hi guys how are ye all
This is my story........was made redundant in Oct 08 from the Construction Industry, I was pregnant and due to go on Maternity Leave the next week. I had my son in Nov, and my maternity leave finished on the 13th April, went to the SW office on the 14th April to apply for JB.

Finally got approved today 22nd May and was told in letter to go to PO on Monday to collect payment, Is this my back dated payment that is owed that I can collect?

it also says to go every Wednesday to PO...........Do I go on Wed? 2 days after the 25th May?

Yes, your payment on Monday should be the backdated payments, paying you up to date. You will be paid every Wednesday (including next Wed) from then onwards. It's normal for arrears to be paid separately to the regular payments, and they can often arrive in the PO on different days of the same week.
