will it affect first time buyer status

Hello all, my girlfriends mother is buying an apartment in spain and wants to put my girlfriend and her brother and sister down on the title deeds, my question is she wants to know if it will affect her first time buyers status. we are due to get married next year and i own my own house dont know if this affects this or not ,any advice would be welcome, Thanks

Yes, it will mean that she's no longer a first-time buyer. If you are already a home-owner though and you plan to buy together in the future, then this doesn't really matter because, as a couple, you will be treated as non-FTB buyers, even if one of you isn't.
