I have been working full time for a company for the past 12 years, we were recently told that we will be put on 3 day week. My husband is self employed and the company is really suffering in this economic downturn but he is trying his best to keep things going. He has a couple of investment properties and would have rental income on a monthly basis, this does not cover the mortgage repayments and we are up to our neck in it. Will i still be entitled to JB due to the fact that he is Self employed and has investment properties?
