Will correctly signed by testator

Hope I have this on correct thread.

In Irish Probate law is a Will valid if a testator signs their Will on the Will document before the signature of both witnesses? In other words the Testator signed, and then at the foot of the document the witnesses then made their signature. To repeat my query --is such a Will valid under the stated circumstances.?
 
It must be signed by the individual before it can be witnessed, what are your concerns, it appears in order based on your outline.
 
As long as the witnesses signed immediately after the testator, it's fine. They are signing that they witnessed the testator signing the will, so that has to happen first.
