If anyone is interested there is a stunningly beautiful wild flower garden located in the grounds of UCD Belfield. It is located where the old running track used to be opposite where the old Montrose Hotel was located. It may only last another week or so.

And while you are there, take a run up to St Teresa's Church in Mount Merrion. Where it fronts onto South Avenue, there is an original meadow which has not been "improved". It has a great display of wild flowers including the Bee Orchid, Twayblade and Pyramidal Orchid.

Hi Páid

Here is one I took on the 7th July this year in the meadow beside St Teresa's Church

The pyramidal orchids are past their best now, but you can still see other fantastic orchids. Here is a Marsh Helleborine (I think?) I photographed in Bull Island this morning. There are carpets of them.
