Wife has left work - how do I claim her tax credits, etc

Hi There,
My wife has left work to look after our son full time.
Using the esatclear tax calc, I find I would be several hundred euro a month better off if we are taxed properly in this regard.
How do I go about informing revenue that we are a one income family?
