Wicker fencing to cover bare apartment balcony wall

I am trying to locate some wicker-like fencing... I have seen it alot on apartment balconies... it is like wicker/bamboo on a roll. hard to explain... does anyone know what I am talking about ?


I want to put it against a concrete block wall to take the ugly look off it.
 
The stuff in JustTheOne's link is what we got for our back wall around the decking. Comes rolled up, looks great and we picked it up in Woodies or B&Q, all the major DIT shops had it. Ours was willow.
