why move property to property news?

Houses I thought were sale agreed and are no longer on Daft or Myhome are hiding out on Propertynews.com. What's that about?

The same agent has some houses marked sale agreed and others not, these are houses I thought were all sale agreed or sold. Why would the agent mark some and not others?

I paid deposit on my house in December and closed in February and it is still for sale on property news.

It's up to the vendor/EA to remove the ad.

They want to generate some interest, get you in the door to ask about the house that is already sale agreed and then show you what else is on their books.
