My slates are Tegral Blue Black, and they are lovely. Roofer thinks so too. I assumed that I would be putting on ridge caps by Tegral as well. However my roofer thinks they are " not great ". I can't see anything wrong with them. Is there an issue with quality. Would it not be the same as the slates themselves? Why is he saying this.
Somebody has suggested that I use Aluminium Capping. I don't want the ridge to stand out and this may be the way to go. However I am afraid that it will look inferior. Anyone used this and why did you go for this?
