Who's offering Spanish mortgages?

I know that AIB offer mortgages secured on property in Spain. I think there may be other less well-known banks doing similarly.

Anyone know more and have details of LTVs etc.?

Halifax Bank of Scotland do them through Banco Halifax Hispania. Link from the website.
Many brokers would have access through Sol bank or HBOS as above.

Brokers that go through PIBA mortgage services get a preferential deal through Solbank. Last time I checked I think the max LTV was 75% of Solbanks valuer or the official sale price, but this could have changed recently.

Solbank down to maximum 70% now.
