Would really like to get a second opinion on the best buy mortgage providor?
First time buyers who met with EBS two weeks ago. All paperwork has been compled and we are ready to submit apply for mortgage.
Yet are EBS still the best buy?
Other options include:
Ulster Bank - 3.1% (Discounted Variable Loyalty)
PTSB - 3.4% (12 month discounted rate) plus 2% cashback (assuming they drop the clawback clause)
AIB - 3.3%
or should we stick with EBS? 3.5% with 2% cashback.
I would not join KBC/BOI.
Our basic financial information is below:
Salary A - 26k
Salary B - 30k
Combined Salary- 56k
Desired mortgage (Combined Salary x4.5) - 252k
Savings - 85k
Parents Help - 60k
House Budget (Mortgage+Savings+Parents Help) - 397k
LTV - 63%
