Just wondering in regard to legal costs9if any) are

1. Gov paying them( ie taxpayer)

2. Finna fail out of own funds


If number 1- should come out of finna fail/green funds

Just wondering why would the state pay the costs when everyone knows the reason they will not call by-election is numbers

is it not wasting money? that could be used to plug 15billion defecit

Is it not misuse of state money?
