Hi All,

I just want to check in with everybody regarding Springs / Home Center properties that STILL have not received their Tile Deeds.

The properties affected include 'White Castle', District 11 and 'Albatros'
(there may be more developments)

As it stands I understand that all who purchased theses apartments have yet to receive their title deeds.

• Some have their apartments rented out - yet without the deed the apartment is legally the developers.

• There appears that the developer is liable for financial penalty for the delay. The beneficiary being the buyer

I will be setting up a gmail account for people to login to to discuss the various issues, and possible joint approach to resolve issues.
