White Box on lamp post near Newlands Cross

Just throwing this out there !!!

There is a white box that has been put up just after Newlands golf club going towards the cross. It looks like it could be a camera but I have not seen anything like it before. They (DCC?) have the globe cameras further down at the cross.

Wondering if this is to combat motorists using the bus lane that was assigned for the only twice a day bus???

Newlands cross is a long way outside the DCC boundary, so I very much doubt the cameras belong to them. Could be South Dublin Co Co.
