Which organisation is the regulator for (cable TV providers) NTL and Chorus?

I don't know if this relates to TV though,I had an issue with NTL a few years back and when I rang to put in an oficial complaint I was told the TV market was unregulated and I would need to get onto NTL in the UK and take my chances.

Yes it relates to cable tv. I got the same reaction a few years ago and am wondering if the cable tv sector is now regulated by comreg.

There isn't one. ComReg hasn't regulated cable since 2003.

Not sure who they're regulated by but TV3 did some coverage one morning recently and it was a rep The Consumers' Association of Ireland who called them to task over the recent problems since the move of the call centre from Waterford to Limerick. She said that they had quite a few meetings with them and negotiations were ongoing on improving the present problems. NTL had a representative who took a fair bashing.
