Which mortgage rate to go for...

Im getting mortgage with BOI. €280,000 over 30 years.

The following are the options:
A) Variable: 4.5% - €1421 pm
B) 2yr fixed: 4.49% - €1419 pm
C) 3yr fixed4.69% - €1453 pm
Am finding it hard to decide whether to go with option B or C.
