Which family home declaration to use when in divorce proceedings

Hi All,

Was wondering if someone might advise which type of family home declaration to use please?

The law society lists out a number of family home declarations at

I'm unsure of which form to use, as the one "" has a section it with the following "No married couple has ordinarily resided therein since I acquired an interest in the property".

I used to live there with my wife, but we've since moved from living there and have rented it out and are now separated as well, so not sure if this form is suitable.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

The Declarations can be amended to suit circumstances.

It's not really something you should be trying to draft yourself.

Talk to your solicitor for advice.
