Which bank to choose, and rate/plan ??? HELP PLEASE !!!!!!

Hey there

I am currently on a dreaded variable rate with EBS.
Current rate is 4.43%.

Im thinking of remortgaging / fixing / anything that will bring down the payments and overall strategy for this mortgage considering the current market ???

Anybody PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE that can throw some good information at me please let me know, as I am beginning to struggle bad !!!

Hi Billy,

Sorry to hear that you are struggling. You're ability to move mortgages is probably going to be determined by how much you owe, what equity you have in your home, your savings, the term of your loan etc. You would need to tell us more before you can get any meaningful advice.
Most banks are closed to switchers at this point unless you have ALOT of equity in the home or have very stong earnings.
Tell us more about your situation and maybe you can get some better advice.
