Where to hire a non chauffeur driven vintage car?

hi all,

I'm trying to organise a 60th birthday present. One of the suggestions I received which I really like was to hire a vintage car for a day. Thing is, the idea would be that the birthday boy (!) would drive it himself (take him back to his youth!).

Are there any places in Munster or in Donegal that hire out the car by itself, not just car + chauffeur?
