there is a place- though it's south side...on the Greenhills rd-just off the Walkinstown roundabout when you take the Greenhills road exit towards Tallaght..its in to the left shortly after you come off the roundabout-don't know what its called but it's signposted.

1. is tinting the windows not a failure in the nct?
2. it is seen as a mod to your car which you must inform your insurance company of.
3. night time driving in a car with tinted glass is haphazard to say the least.
4. plus its beyond nasty to retro fit tinted glass. Its chavtastic.
