Where to get last minute package deal to Lanzarote?

Hi,

Looking to go to Lanzarote at the end of February.

Any special offer deals I've seen seem to have hidden extras and end up costing 400 euro per person by the time you're finished.

I'm talking more like 299 euro pp, flights & accommodation included.

Where should I look? And will I get better deals the closer to the time I can leave it before booking?

Also, going on past years, it looks like Lanzarote weather should be in and around 20 degrees at the end of Feb - is that fairly accurate in your experience?
