Where to get engagement ring valued?

I know there's a few old threads on the matter I even rang one of up but the said the person they used retired..

Was wondering woul;d anyone know where I could get a ring valued in the Midlands but I would be willing to travel to Dublin.

If has clusters going down to half the ring so it's not just the big rock on the top of the ring.
