Where to get cheap Turbo for 1.9 '00 VW Passat

Here is the only "local" listing I can find for that turbo - but they list it as VAG part number 028145702 S ("S" instead of "X" which could be a huge difference). Don't worry that the car is a Ford rather than a VW, they used the same engines.
