Where to get cheap alloys & car parts?

Hi,

I want to sell my car but I think I really need to put some alloys with new tyres, CD player and back bumper for a black VW Bora. I don't want to spend too much on it as I'll be selling it but I want it to look good for the new owner. Where's the best place to buy the above at reasonable prices... is it a scrapyard? I'm currently looking through the buy and sell and there's some decent offers there. Any thoughts please?

Alloys are usually the first thing to go in scrapyards - if they even make it that far.

From what I've seen, Buy & Sell is a good option for cheap offers.

For other body 'bits' you could try www.247spares.co.uk (no connection)

You will have to factor in P&P, but you can still be lucky with prices/parts - these guys are often cheap.
 
Never buy used wheels. Your life depends on good brakes tyres and wheels.
