Where to get a bollard for parking space

A colleague of mine has an allocated parking space at their apartment. They are running into problems with people parking in their space (they have put down an cone but it has been moved).

Where are those removable steel bollards available in the Dublin area?

I had thought it was discussed before, put I can't find and info.
 
I saw some in a locksmith's I was in over the weekend - maybe they could try their local one?
 
I've every sympathy with your problem but if you
put a bollard down without permission from your
management company where would you stand if
someone were to hit it and damage their car?:confused:
 
It's not my problem, that's for my colleague to sort out themselves-I mentioned this to them earlier.

Given that the parking space is allocated to them, I'm not sure of the implications (if any).

they would also be within their rights to clamp the offending cars - i assume it's a managed car park and there are signs around stating this - a nice 100 euro fine would let people know he's serious !
